How do I place an order?
Orders may be placed online, in our showrooms or by contacting one of our customer service representatives. To view our locations or to contact a representative for assistance, see here.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes, customization options are available for a selection of our products. Custom orders include any specification or modification that differs from the description provided. Please contact our team to discuss custom capabilities, quotes and estimated lead times.
When will I receive my order?
In stock items typically ship within 7 business days. Custom items may increase lead times for which a customer service representative will contact you to confirm details. Please note lead times provided on our website at the time you place your order.
Do you ship to my country?
If you’re located outside of Canada, our sales associates will provide an international shipping quote and charge you only what we pay. Contact us for a quote.
Do you accommodate large commercial projects?
Déca is proud to support the trade and fulfil large residential and commercial projects. For more information, please refer to our Trade Program.
Can I cancel or modify my order once it has been placed?
While cancellations cannot be guaranteed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. Refused deliveries will incur roundtrip shipping costs in additional restocking fees.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for uninstalled, non-custom fixtures in all original packaging, subject to a 50% restocking fee. View our return policy here.
How do I clean my Visual Comfort lighting fixtures?
Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use scouring agents, abrasive sponges, hydrochloric acid, vinegar (acetic acid) cleaners, ammonia or metal silicates. For mercury glass products, clean with a feather duster only.
